Accessing Receipts
If you purchased your plan with a credit card, you can access your receipts at any time.
To access receipts:
- Click Manage Plan in the footer of the homepage.
- Enter the username, password, and email address you used to sign up, and click Email Plan Link.
- You will receive an email containing a link to manage your plan. Click the link in the email.
- Click View Payment History.
Your BrainPOP receipts will appear in PDF format.
Accessing Invoices
If you submitted a purchase order for a plan, we will email an invoice to the primary contact listed on the account, as well as mail a hard copy to the billing address listed on the account. You can also Contact Us for a plan invoice.
Updating Billing Contact Information
To change the billing information for your account:
- Click Manage Plan.
- Enter the username, password, and email address you used to sign up, and click Email Plan Link.
- You will receive an email containing a link to manage your plan. Click the link in the email.
- Click Update Information.
NOTE: If you purchased with a credit card and your account is set to automatically renew, the link will read Update Credit Card and Billing Information.
- Click Save.
Updating Credit Card Information
To update your credit card information on file:
- Click Manage Plan.
- Enter the username, password, and email address you used to sign up, and click Email Plan Link.
- You will receive an email containing a link to manage your plan. Click the link in the email.
- Click Update Credit Card and Billing Information.
- Click Save.

How can I get a receipt for reimbursement by my school?
If you paid for your plan with a credit card, go to Manage Plan and follow the steps above.
Manage Plan shows that I have a Teacher plan, but I bought a Family plan. Why is this?
Rest assured; the name of your plan has changed, but the features of the plan have not. You can find out all about it here.
