Changing Plan Types
If you would like to change to a different plan type (e.g. Family, Homeschool, Teacher), you will need to cancel your subscription and purchase a new one. Unfortunately, we cannot move the account between plan types. If you need assistance with this or want to request a refund on the plan you are cancelling, contact us here - we're happy to help!
Changing an Expired Subscription
If your subscription has expired, you will need to purchase a new subscription with the new product(s) or plan type you want.
