Changing Products
If you would like to add, remove, or change the product you subscribe to (e.g. BrainPOP, BrainPOP Jr., BrainPOP ELL or BrainPOP Español and Français), we can help you make that change and offer a prorated upgrade charge or a refund accordingly. Just contact us here.
Changing Plan Types
If you would like to change to a different plan type (e.g. Family, Homeschool, Teacher), you will need to cancel your subscription and purchase a new one. Unfortunately, we cannot move the account between plan types. If you need assistance with this or want to request a refund on the plan you are cancelling, contact us here.
Changing an Expired Subscription
If your subscription has expired, you will need to purchase a new subscription with the new product(s) or plan type you want in our online store.

We’re able to create quotes for Teacher Access subscriptions only. Contact us and let us know your username or the email attached to the subscription and we can help out.
