Renew by Credit Card
Subscriptions purchased in our web store are set to auto-renewal by default. To check whether your subscription is set to renew, or to update your payment information, log in to BrainPOP and go to the 'Manage Your Subscription' page.
If your subscription has expired and you purchased through the store with a credit card, unfortunately it cannot be renewed; you will need to purchase a new plan with a new username. If you have any trouble, please contact us!
Renew with a Purchase Order or Check
To renew with a purchase order, complete the order form, attach your school or district purchase order, and use one of the following methods:

How long does it take to process a renewal by purchase order?
It generally takes 2-3 business days to process a purchase order from the time we receive it. You should hear back from us via an email confirmation within that time. That confirmation lets you know the account is up and running and confirms the login information.
