What a student sees depends on the status of their placement test and ELL assignments. They will only see one assignment at a time - if they have more than one assignment, a link will prompt them to explore their other assignments in their dashboard.

What is the longest an assignment will display on a student’s homepage?
There is a two week limit for assignments on the homepage. If a student has an unfinished assignment that is older than two weeks, they can find it in their dashboard.
Do assigned placement tests take priority over other assignments?
Yes. If a placement test has been assigned in the last 2 weeks and hasn’t been finished, it will take priority over other assignments on the homepage.
What is considered an ELL assignment?
Any assignment that has at least one feature from BrainPOP ELL is considered an ELL assignment.
