Update Your Browser
Google Chrome
- On the browser toolbar, click the Chrome menu icon.
- If there is an Update button in place of that icon, click Update instead.
- If not, click Help > About Chrome.
- On the page that appears, you can view your current version. Chrome will automatically update and invite you to relaunch if there are any updates you have not yet installed.
- If Chrome is up to date, you will see the following (with a different version number depending on the current version at the time you are checking):
Mozilla Firefox
- In the menu bar, open the Firefox menu and choose About Firefox. The About Firefox window will open.
- Firefox will check for updates automatically. If an update is available, it will be downloaded.
- When the download is complete, click Restart to Update Firefox
Apple Safari
- From the Apple menu in the corner of your screen, choose System Preferences.
- In the System Preferences window, click Software Update.
- Install any updates or upgrades shown.
If you are not seeing the update option, or if you are on a mobile device, check Apple's help center.
Microsoft Edge
In the browser, go to Settings and more > Help and feedback > About Microsoft Edge.

If the About page shows Microsoft Edge is up to date, you don't need to do anything.

If the About page shows An update is available, select Download and install. Microsoft Edge will download the update an apply it the next time you restart Microsoft Edge.

If the About page shows To finish updating, restart Microsoft Edge, select Restart. The update is already downloaded, and all you need to do is restart the browser for it to be applied.
Clear Your Cache and Cookies
Google Chrome
- On the browser toolbar, click the Chrome menu icon.
- Click More tools > Clear browsing data.
- In the box that appears, click the checkboxes for Cookies and Other Site Data and Cached Images and Files.
- Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Choose All Time (or Beginning of Time for older versions) to delete everything.
- Click Clear Data (or Clear Browsing Data for older versions).
- Close out of the browser and then reopen.
Mozilla Firefox
- Click the menu . Choose History, and then Clear Recent History.
- Click the dropdown menu and select Everything.
- Click the arrow next to Details to select what information you want to clear. Make sure to include both Cookies and Cache.
- Click Clear Now.
- Close and reopen the browser.
Internet Explorer 11
- In the upper right corner, click the small gear icon and choose Internet options.
- In the General tab, under Browsing history, click Delete.
- Uncheck Preserve Favorites website data.
- Check Temporary Internet Files, Cookies and website data, and History.
- Click Delete.
- When finished, click OK to return to your Internet Explorer window.
- Close the Internet Explorer window and reopen.
Apple Safari
- Click Safari in the upper left side of your screen. In the menu that appears, click Preferences.
- In the window that appears, click the Privacy tab, then Manage Website Data.... Click the button Remove All.
- Click Remove Now in the popup window that appears.
- Close and reopen the browser.
Reinstall your App (For Mobile App Issues)
If movies are not playing on the app, try deleting the app and reinstalling.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I receive a “No compatible source was found for this media” error message when I play movies?
Unfortunately, Internet Explorer versions available on Windows 7 or earlier do not support our movie player. We recommend updating your operating system or using another browser such as Chrome or Firefox.
Are there any quick fixes if the above troubleshooting steps don't work?
If you are still having trouble playing any of our movies, you can try playing them on Low Quality to see if the issue resolves.
