What is GameUp?
GameUp is a free, curated collection of cross-curricular learning games developed by BrainPOP and by leading publishers, universities, and other organizations.
You can find relevant GameUp games on BrainPOP and BrainPOP Jr. topic pages.
Each game is paired with Lesson Ideas and Standards alignments, along with basic game information, to facilitate game-based learning in instruction.
NOTE: Some games were retired on August 2, 2020 along with the retirement of Adobe Flash.

You can assign any game directly from the game page by clicking the orange Assign button.
Frequently Asked Questions
A game we're trying to play isn't working. What should we do?
First, check that you've gone through our basic troubleshooting steps. If you've cleared your cookies and cache and updated your browser, but you're still having trouble getting your game to play, please contact us here and let us know your information, as well as the game you were playing and what went wrong.
Why isn't my student's progress in the game being recorded?
If a game has been assigned, it will be checked off upon completion. Final scores are not recorded and progress is not tracked for game features.
Games with SnapThought enabled allow students to take up to 5 snapshots within a single play-through. To locate student-submitted SnapThoughts, look in your class under Free Submits. All submissions will appear under the title of the game.
I'm looking for a game I used to play but can't find it. What happened?
Some games were retired on August 2, 2020 along with the retirement of Adobe Flash. If you don't see what you're looking for, it was likely an unfortunate effect of that change.
