Your spam or junk folder may be blocking BrainPOP emails from reaching your inbox.
Check Your School or District’s Web Filters
If BrainPOP emails are not going to a spam or junk folder and the email address is correct, contact your network administrator or IT department to confirm that your network’s email service is not blocking BrainPOP. To ensure emails are received, emails from the brainpop.com domain should be whitelisted.
