We believe students should understand AI before they use it. We build background knowledge and critical thinking skills so students can question, interpret, and use technology thoughtfully.

All BrainPOP AI features are built with human-in-the-loop oversight.
Our AI-generated Reading Scaffolds are clearly labeled 'Made with AI' for transparency, while our Assisted Grading tool in BrainPOP Science uses a secure, custom-built model to analyze student writing and provide rubric-based suggestions for teacher review. All outputs undergo both automated and human review for safety and accuracy.
