Frequently Asked Questions
Do my students use the Educator Code to create accounts?
No. Students should not be given the Educator Code at any time. In order for students to create their own accounts, you have to create your educator account first. Once logged in with your educator account, you can set up your first class and add your students. Learn more about creating classes and class codes here.
Can I create an individual teacher account for a BrainPOP Español or BrainPOP Français subscription?
No. Individual accounts are only available for subscriptions that include BrainPOP, BrainPOP Jr., or BrainPOP ELL. If you have a Homeschool subscription that includes only BrainPOP BrainPOP Español or BrainPOP Français, you (and your students) can log in with the username and password you created when you signed up.
