Frequently Asked Questions
Can I log in through the BrainPOP site to access my BrainPOP account or do I just log in through the Classlink portal?
If your district is set up with a Classlink/OneRoster API integration, currently the only way to access your individual account would be through the Classlink app portal.
I am a co-teacher and my class period was imported over to my co-teacher but not me. Do BrainPOP support co-teachers?
We do not yet support co-teacher. When provisioning, class periods are ported over to the first teacher enrollment. We recommend that co-teachers create a duplicate class within BrainPOP and roster students to that using a class code following the steps outlined in our Help Center article.
