Parents whose schools are closed and whose children do not have access to a schoolwide BrainPOP subscription are eligible for free family access.

You can reset your password using our Password Reset tool. To change your username, you'll need to Contact Us.
I have Single Class Access, but I want to set up my class with student accounts so I can assign them work. How do I do that?
If you have Single Class Access, but you'd like to enable individual teacher and students, you can upgrade your access to Schoolwide for free. We'll need a school administrator to help set up your accounts.
Can I roster students and assign work through Google Classroom with Single Class or Schoolwide Free Access accounts?
Integration features like SSO and rostering with partners like G Suite, Clever, and Classlink are not included with free access accounts. However, you can link to topic URLs in Google Classroom and then have students log in to access the topics.
How long does Free Access last?
Single Class and Family Access trials default to 30 days at sign up. Schoolwide Access trials default to 60 days. If your school is closed longer than that period of time, your access can be extended as long as your school is closed in the 2019-2020 school year. You can find more in our Terms & Conditions.
I tried to sign up for Schoolwide Free Access, but the form told me my school wasn't eligible. Why?
If your school has a current or lapsed schoolwide subscription, you may not be eligible for free schoolwide access. You can find more in our Terms & Conditions.
Not to worry-- someone from our Sales team will be reaching out to your administrator to talk through the options for accessing BrainPOP during the school closure.
