Managing In-App Android Subscriptions
If you subscribed through the Google Play store, you must cancel your app subscription through the Google Play store.
- Go to https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
- Find the subscription you want to cancel.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
Restoring In-App Android Subscriptions
If you subscribed through the app on your Android device, you can view BrainPOP content without logging in. Instead, we authenticate by the Google account you used to subscribe on the device.
If you are not logged in, please make sure that the Android device is connected to the same Google account that you used to subscribe. If that doesn't work, try the following steps:
- Open the device settings and click Application Manager.
- Click the Google Play Store icon.
- Click Clear Cache and Clear Data.
- Relaunch the app.
NOTE: It may take up to 24 hours following your purchase for access to be enabled on additional devices.
