Frequently Asked Questions

Who should receive the educator code?

The educator code should only be used by teachers in a school in order to create a My BrainPOP educator account or to link an existing account to a subscription.

Do my students use the educator code to create accounts?

No. Students should not be given the educator code at any time. In order for students to join a class, you can generate a class code--a special code only for students to use.
