Renew by Credit Card

You can use a credit card to renew an expired subscription or a subscription that expires in the next 90 days. You need the username, password, and email address you used to sign up, and the form can be accessed here. You can update your subscription option and payment information when you renew.

Renew With a Purchase Order or Check

To renew with a purchase order, complete the order form, attach your school or district purchase order, and use one of the following methods:

How long does it take to process a renewal by purchase order?

It generally takes 2-3 business days to process a purchase order from the time we receive it. You should hear back from us via an email confirmation within that time. That confirmation lets you know the account is up and running and confirms the login information.

If you have any questions, contact us at purchaseorders@brainpop.com. Please make sure to include any information you may have about the subscription in your inquiry. Helpful information includes:

  • Your purchase order number
  • Your quote number, if you have one
  • The name of your school and/or district
